In our experience 'Viral' is a miss used term within the digital marketing industry. For those of you who are unsure, there are only two ways of obtaining a viral campaign effect. Either, a fun interactive game / Video / Quiz, where there is an element of competition involved, or a big incentive like a competition or prize to be won. Simple.
