With an MSc Distinction in Computing and Information Systems, Felicity works as a Web Producer at Wickedweb and her role is to manage the requirements of a client brief and produce the functional specification. Felicity is also a Prince 2 Practitioner which ensures meticulous scoping for a project, and Felicity’s role bridges the gap between the development team and the project manager.
In addition, the Web Producer ensures quality through the testing phase. Felicity combines 9 years worth of development and project management experience to provide Wickedweb clients with an expert execution of the functional elements of their brief. Furthermore, Felicity has passed the ‘DMS Certification for Sitecore Fundamentals for Marketers’ and ‘Sitecore CMS Advanced User’, and her previous experience includes brands such as Schlumberger and Amnesty International.
