Our implementation process
We have a detailed Pay per Click implementation process that is critical in helping us build Pay Per Click accounts that can evolve and change as our clients businesses develop. With every client at Wickedweb we focus on improving the number and quality of conversions that each client gets from their Pay Per Click (PPC) spend.
Step 1 – Initial brief
We aim to make setting up or taking over a Pay Per Click campaign as easy as possible. We start off with an initial meeting with any new client to understand what they would like to achieve from Pay Per Click advertising and to understand more about their business. We look to get the answer to a number of questions that will help us produce a detailed account proposal that meets our client’s business goals and aspirations.
Step 2 – Account proposal
After the initial brief and introduction to your Wickedweb Account Manager, we work on producing a detailed account proposal. The account proposal will focus on campaign research and competitor analysis. For clients with existing PPC campaigns we will look at your current setup and produce a strategy to help maximize your ROI from your PPC spend.
Once we have completed the relevant research and analysed the data we then produce an account proposal which we submit to our clients for review. Once the proposal has been signed off by our client we start work implementing your PPC strategy.
Step 3 – PPC implementation
At the Pay Per Click implementation stage, we start off by setting up or configuring our clients web analytics reporting suite so there's a clear transparent view of exactly what Pay Per Click advertising is doing in terms of clicks and conversions.
From the account proposal stage we would have clearly identified the account structure and type of ad creative that will best suit our clients business and its needs. We will build bespoke campaigns and creative executions that will maximize our clients ROI from the available Pay Per Click spend.
From looking at the web analytics data we will work out what percentage of the Pay Per Click budget should be spent on which search engines. We currently manage and run client campaigns across the three major search engines (Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, Bing).
Step 4 - Measuring and reporting
Every Wickedweb client gets the same level of service when it comes to measuring and reporting of their Pay Per Click advertising. Each month we provide our clients with detailed reports on their Pay Per Click campaign performance. The reports include both a graphical and tabular representation on what is happening with their account. If you need more information than our standard report we are happy to tailor reports to meet the exact needs of our clients. If you have any questions about the reports or would like to talk about your Pay Per Click account in more detail then one of the PPC Account Managers will be more than happy to discuss matters with you.
Step 5 - Continued development and optimisation
Once we have rolled out the Pay Per Click proposal to the search engines the work does not stop. We are highly focused to continue to work with our Pay Per Click clients to improve their Pay Per Click campaigns and increase ROI. We manage each of our clients accounts on a daily basis and constantly monitor bid prices and budget to make sure we are maximising ROI from the PPC spend.
As our clients businesses grow they will want to target new areas and products with Pay Per Click campaigns, sometimes within tight deadlines. We pride ourselves on always doing our best to make sure our clients Pay Per Click campaigns are targeting the right search users at the right times.
