Wickedweb have just been awarded the THORPE PARK contract for the second year running, on the back of enjoying an ongoing positive relationship and the success of the 'Fright Nights' Halloween event. The Park's Brand Manager has congratulated the Wickedweb team writing "I'm delighted to say we had an absolute stormer of an event" with the Park bringing in over 3,000 more guests than the previous year and beating financial targets. "A huge reason for this achievement is the fantastic performance of the website, both during and in the lead up to the event".
A significant number of people used the website to book their tickets for the event, with an increase of over 10,000 online bookings year on year. He added "I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your help in making this such a successful event, and here's hoping Thorpe Blast finishes the season in fine style!".
Thorpe Blast was the Park's 3 day fireworks event, and early statistics show that we will soon be celebrating with the THORPE PARK team again! Although the 2008 season is now over at THORPE PARK, Wickedweb will continue to update the website with news on the theme park's latest ride addition, the long awaited 'SAW - The Ride' which opens in Spring 2009.
