The email marketing campaign objective was to ensure the design intrigued recipients, content was clearly presented and call outs sparked action, whether that be to visit the Concern Worldwide website for more information or to donate to help provide Emergency Aid.
Wickedweb created three new email marketing templates to ensure Concern Worldwide had an appropriate email for each message they communicate; a newsletter for monthly updates, an emergency ask email for urgent aid requests in the event of a disaster, and an appeal email for raising awareness of a particular campaign.
Following Wickedweb's success in delivering these emails, the agency was awarded the contract to create a flash ecard for the charity which is sent to supporters to thank them for allowing Concern Worldwide to continue its work around the globe. The ecard features a spinning globe with map markers indicating where vital life saving and enhancing work is carried out by the charity, supported by video and photo galleries.
